Northern California People to People

Everyone had a great time getting to know each other and  learning more about our travels this summer. We missed those of you who weren’t able to make it. Enjoy the photos.

Our next meeting are: 5/1/10 Saturday, and 6/6/10 Sunday. Our travel date is 7/9/10 returning on 7/28/10

On January 23 many of us met for our first orientation meeting. We had a great time meeting each other and learning about the program. Our next meeting is March 13th at 1:30 at the Redding Library. It would be great to see everyone there.

I finally did it. Here is the slide show of some of my photos from this summer. I’ve included shots of people, because we are the most important part of the picture, right? I hope you enjoy it. We all made it to San Francisco after over 24 hours of travel, and hopefully everyone made it home safely after that.

It was a wonderful adventure with the “dream team”.

Thank you to all the students and their parents who made it possible and especially to our amazing Delegation Manager, Sophie who did a wonderful job sharing Europe with us.

See everyone at the reunion the end of August.

All is well, the students are busy packing and getting ready for our flight tomorrow.

Today we spent our last day in Amsterdam after leaving France for Belgium.  The students enjoyed chocolate and viewing the capital city of Brussels.  The bike ride in Volendam and today’s visit to Amsterdam has made the Netherlands another favorite.
